QA Manager
Responsibilities
1.OEM product
1.1 Quality assurance and Quality control of OEM-produced products under CJ Food brand
1.2 Monitor Production schedule of OEM-produced products under CJ Food brand
1.3 Control and Inspect OEM-produced products under CJ Food brand and complete QPA
1.4 Verify quality documents of OEM-produced products such as daily quality reports, CCP reports and date code reports and check CJ QMS
1.5 Verifies and supports the adequacy of improvement measures taken in response to claims and quality defects
1.6 Report abnormalitity of OEM production to FSQ APAC and FSQ HQ
1.7 Contact and Coordinate with offices and factories in Thailand and abroad such as South Korea and Vietnam in terms of product quality
1.8 Claim management : Request the OEM company to identify the causes of claims and quality defects
1.9 Ensure that legal documents such as business licenses and quality certifications (GFSI, HACCP, etc.) shall be renewed annually or as required
1.10 Verify label Sticker and Packaging artwork of imported product and OEM product
1.11 Conduct Supplier (OEM vendors) regular audit
2. Imported product
2.1 Verify all inspection report of Imported products and database
2.2 Monitor and verify Non conformance product report and status
2.3 Claim / Customer complaint management
3.RA
3.1 Monitor and verify all RA tasks to complete according the plan
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Science, Engineering, Food Technology,Quality Assurance.
2.At least 5-10 years of experience in QA/QC
3.Fluent in Thai and Proficiency in English .
4.Ability to plan and control quality assurance systems effectively.
5.Leadership skills to manage and guide the QA team.
