Our client, a leader in the Food and Beverage Industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team.
Duties Include:
Work with cross-functional teams, lead and develop teams through communication, training and accountability
Brand integrity and leading the quality assurance department will include:
Demonstrating knowledge of product and processes, and their impact on overall quality assurance
Showcase your quality expertise and be the quality technical liaison with customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies
Ensure compliance to regulations and quality assurance standards
Requirements Include:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an applicable field of study such as Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or similar Science/Engineering
5+ years of quality experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment
5+ years of relevant GFSI standards experience such as SQF, BRC, IFS or FS 22000
5+ years of experience in Food Safety regulations, FSMA, and industry and market trends
5+ years of management experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and we prefer experience with LIMS, SAP, and Intelex
