Job Title: Quality Control Specialist
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Control Specialist to ensure our cleaning services meet the highest standards. The successful candidate will conduct inspections, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with our teams to maintain exceptional quality.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular quality control inspections of cleaned areas
2. Evaluate cleaning services against established standards
3. Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
4. Collaborate with cleaning teams to implement quality improvements
5. Develop and maintain quality control procedures
6. Analyze customer feedback and complaints
Requirements:
1. 0-1 years of experience in quality control or a related field
2. Attention to detail and organizational skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
