We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our high-performing QA team.
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in compliance with GMP standards
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to assist in product registration for cross-border products targeting the GBA region
- Oversee and ensure compliance with QA standards in change management processes for product formulations and factory settings
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and GMP
- Manage investigations of quality issues, customer complaints, and product recalls, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of quality documentation and records
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance in supplement manufacturing
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Familiar with PIC/s GMP Standard. A PIC/s GMP background would be good, but it is not compulsory
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a quality assurance managerial role, with GBA exposure experience will be an advantageous
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, customer feedback handling, and complaint investigation
- Proficiency in occupational health and safety regulations and accreditation standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent Chinese & English written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and other relevant software.
