Job Description
Elite Fasteners, Inc, a leading manufacturer of cold headed and cold formed fasteners for over 35 years seeks an experienced Quality Control Inspector. Excellent benefits and top pay are offered.
Overall Responsibilities: The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for collaborating with all functions of the organization concerning the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System, while overseeing the performance of quality inspection on incoming and outgoing products. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with customer contacts to resolve queries and quality issues, and will communicate via phone and email regularly.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
Understanding of fastener industry specifications.
Familiarity with and understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and documentation maintenance.
Gage control knowledge background.
Blue Print Reading
PPAP and ISIR documentation prep
Line inspection
Tooling Calibration
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to take charge of an inspection laboratory environment with organizational skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills.
The ability to work with interruptions and then able to re-engage the former project.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
The ability to learn new tasks in a short period of time.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have five years’ experience and be dependable
Identify, follow up and close pending Preventive and Corrective Action requests
Ensure all measurement tools are properly calibrated and labeled as needed.
Perform in a safe manner at all times while adhering to the Company safety policies. Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
