Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for LED production.
Manage customer interactions, reporting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with factory teams and R&D to analyze and present quality data.
Address quality concerns with action plans in partnership with customer service teams.
Conduct factory audits and manage product change notifications (PCN).
Build strong relationships with engineers and decision-makers.
Promote continuous improvement and best practices in manufacturing.
Provide technical support to customers and develop new client relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Material Science).
5+ years in automotive quality management, preferably in LEDs or lighting.
Experience with manufacturing, reliability testing, and failure analysis.
Knowledge of failure analysis techniques (e.g., SEM, TEM) and automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
Problem-solving skills using 8D analysis and statistical tools.
Familiarity with LED photometric parameters and thermal management is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a bonus.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel occasionally.
