Your new role
In this position you will have a significant impact on the business’ safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities include:
Lead and maintain the company’s Quality Assurance systems and documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to embed QA best practices.
Oversee QA-related training programs and ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including legal counsel, insurance agencies, and training providers.
Participate in audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Approve QA-related invoices and support budget planning for training and compliance activities.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Proven experience in a QA or compliance role, ideally within a regulated or maritime environment.
Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and influence across departments.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
