Recruit AI is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team, specializing in empty hard gelatine capsules manufacturing. This full-time position, located at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore, requires a professional with at least eight years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and a thorough understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet the highest standards in the industry.
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee essential quality assurance activities including supervising Batch Manufacturing Records, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and ensuring adherence to good manufacturing practices. Although this role does not involve managing a team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional groups and play a critical role in leading preparations for factory inspections by pharmaceutical client inspection teams. Your commitment to detail and proactive approach in compliance management will be vital to maintaining product excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation, review, and approval process of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) ensuring their accuracy and strict adherence to established protocols.
- Analyze findings from BMRs and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to the production of empty hard gelatine capsules, guaranteeing alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards, promptly identifying and addressing any deviations or issues.
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to resolve compliance and quality-related challenges.
- Lead and coordinate factory inspections conducted by customers from pharmaceutical companies, ensuring thorough preparation and effective communication across departments.
- Manage the inspection process from start to finish, addressing any concerns raised by inspection teams efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a strong awareness of evolving pharmaceutical industry regulations and ensure all practices comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Establish and promote a culture of quality and compliance within the manufacturing facility through consistent communication and attention to detail.
- Provide reports and documentation demonstrating quality assurance activities, inspection outcomes, and SOP updates to internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies as needed.
