Job Summary
The manager will be responsible for leading multiple scrum/application teams and taking proactive leadership across various applications and initiatives.
The role requires designing and developing QA/Test solutions based on available requirements, creating test strategies, and presenting these strategies across internal audience.
The manager will be responsible for tracking dependencies across multiple applications that affect testing and communicating progress and roadblocks.
They will assist and monitor in progress in code quality and defect reduction, aid in increasing automation coverage across applications, mentor engineers, and provide technical guidance to leadership.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, 12-15 years of IT experience with 8+ years of QA experience and 5+ years in a lead/manager role.
Candidates should have experience with SDLC, testing integrated systems and enterprise-level applications, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA processes, practices, and systems.
Experience with API testing, automation applications using Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Java, C#, relational databases, and queries is also required.
Experience with Performance/Load Testing (LoadRunner, JMeter), Confluence Team Collaboration software, and knowledge of Video/Media platform technology is a plus.
