Senior Quality Assurance Officer (Specialist) – Life Sciences
Duration: 5-month contract to start with
Join a global leader in life sciences dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative solutions and high-quality standards. We’re seeking a detail-driven Senior Quality Assurance Officer to help maintain excellence and compliance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do:
Review and approve batch records, SOPs, deviations, CAPAs, and change requests on time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a trusted Quality Subject Matter Expert
Support “QA on the Floor” activities to boost continuous process improvements
Mentor junior QA staff and provide expert guidance across departments
Represent quality metrics in site and project meetings
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, or related field
5–10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within life sciences/pharma
Advanced knowledge of GMP and QA principles
Native-level English communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
