Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the performance of the customer service team. Your focus will be on ensuring that customer interactions meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assess customer service interactions (calls, chats, emails) to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Develop and implement QA guidelines, checklists, and performance metrics.
Analyze customer feedback and service trends to identify improvement areas.
Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to team leaders and management.
Collaborate with the training team to design improvement plans and training sessions.
Conduct regular calibration sessions with team leaders to align on quality expectations.
Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other departments to resolve systemic issues and optimize workflows.
Requirements
Fluent in English.
Flexible working hours.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
