Key Responsibilities
· Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable customer and regulatory requirements.
· Monitor compliance with approved procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality requirements.
· Participate in the review and revision of quality procedures and documents.
· Support document and record control activities within the QMS.
· Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of quality processes.
· Assist in preparing quality reports and management information.
· Prepare and participate in internal quality audits according to the approved audit program.
· Record audit findings and verify that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
· Follow up overdue audit actions and escalate significant or recurring issues.
· Support external certification and customer audits.
· Monitor compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
· Support investigation of quality problems using appropriate root-cause analysis techniques.
· Coordinate with relevant departments to develop corrective and preventive actions.
· Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions before closure.
· Analyze recurring nonconformities and identify systemic causes.
· Maintain accurate NCR and corrective-action records.
· Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints.
· Coordinate with QC, Production, logistics, and other relevant functions to establish root causes.
· Monitor complaint response and closure against established targets.
· Analyze complaint trends and recommend preventive actions.
· Participate in supplier audits and assessments when required.
· Monitor supplier-related nonconformities and corrective actions.
· Work closely with QC and Production to prevent defects rather than relying solely on final inspection.
· Prepare periodic quality reports and KPI dashboards.
· Support quality awareness and QMS training for employees.
· Assist in developing quality-related training materials.
· Promote awareness of customer requirements, quality standards, procedures, and quality objectives.
· Identify recurring errors that may require additional employee training.
Specialized Knowledge / Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
· 2–4 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, manufacturing, or QMS activities.
· Experience with internal audits, NCRs, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
· Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles. Risk-based thinking.
· Process mapping.
· Statistical analysis and quality tools.
· NCR and complaint management. Document and record control.
· Quality KPI development and analysis.
· Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Apps.
· Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
· Good organization and follow-up discipline.
