With exposure to a wide variety of materials and processes, you’ll be working on critical components for industries such as water filtration, healthcare and environmental services.
You’ll be joining a leading provider of advanced water filtration technologies, specialising in membrane filtration systems. Known for their innovative solutions that improve water quality and efficiency.
You’ll be based out on-site at South Windsor, ample parking available with loads of nearby lunch spots!
About the role
You’re enthusiastic, inquisitive and willing to get your hands dirty. You’re a detailed Quality Assurance Officer primarily focusing on inspecting incoming goods, raw materials and components for a variety of projects within a manufacturing environment.
It’s a hands-on kind of role, so being eager to learn and develop is key. An exciting opportunity to be involved in the quality assurance of a diverse range of materials, from steel fabrication, injection moulded parts, to chemical components.
You’ll conduct visual, dimensional and functional inspections of incoming goods. Using mechanical drawings and basic measuring tools to verify material specifications is something you’re familiar with.
Bonus points if you’re across analytical testing such as moisture content analysis. Training will be provided though.
Alongside this, maintaining detailed records of all inspections and non-conformance reports is critical. All whilst collaborating with a small supportive team.
About you
You may already have 1-2 years’ experience in your field, otherwise we welcome any graduates too!
Your field will likely be of mechanical, chemistry or material sciences. Training will be provided.
You have a good eye for detail and a strong ability to spot discrepancies in both larger and smaller components.
You’re enthusiastic and quick to pick things up, and are able to handle both laboratory-based tasks and physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
