Overall responsibility of the Complaints
Quality Assurance
evaluator is to independently handle and drive:
Complaints Handling
Quality Assurance
Conduct
quality assurance
checks on complaints casework, correspondence, and handling standards.
Analyze complaints to ensure adherence to Policies and Standard Operating Procedures, and verify that
communication
with customers (verbal and written) is consistent and of high quality.
Assess the accuracy of decision-making by complaint handling staff and evaluate the quality of resolutions provided.
Provide meaningful and constructive feedback during evaluations.
MIS and Reporting Establish processes and systems to enhance data management efficiency.
Research
innovative
methods to utilize data effectively.
Present data insights to relevant stakeholders.
