Job Description
Oversee the entire quality assurance processes
Conduct regular internal audits for the organization, manage external inspections and liaise with regulatory agencies for annual audits
Ensure the work environment is in compliance and meet the certification standards and requirements of SFA, MUIS and FSSC 22000.
Manage product quality incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Ad-hoc duties with production and operations on a daily basis, e.g. maintenance and pest control
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with new R&D product projects
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Food Manufacturing/Baking is required for this position
Experience in Bakery, Food R&D, Frozen Dough and Pastries will be preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to communicate in English. Mandarin is also preferred in order to liaise with & Mandarin speaking associates from Export Markets
Prior experience with BRC and/or FSSC Certification process will be preferred
Eager to stay updated with the latest Food Science & Technology knowledge and market trends
Candidate should be passionate and innovative, and have a positive working attitude
