Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop the rules and regulations for improving the Quality Standard.
- Coordination with Buyer QC and give them proper support in all quality related matters.
- Attend the Pre-Production Meeting and give the proper instruction how to improve the product quality.
- Conduct Pre Production (PP) Meeting, Inline Inspection, Pre Final & Final Random Inspection (FRI).
- Inspection Booking Prepare & Send, Arrange Final Inspection & Prepared the pre-Final Inspection Report.
- Face the inspection and fulfill the buyer requirement documents as consult with sales team.
- Inspection Result, Applying the proper Inspection Method. Control the QC Team leader/supervisor of the line.
- Control and ensure quality of Incoming material, sewing, finishing, packing as per customers` precondition.
- Perform Quality Management System (QMS) audit as per clients’ requirements and assessment to improve the factory development according to the ISO Guideline.
- Control the quality of product development in line. Control the QC Team leader/supervisor of the line.
- Maintain Quality SOP as per client’s requirement and responsible for quality and technical related issues Conducted preproduction meeting with related departments to ensure the product quality before bulk production.
- Ensure quality inspections as per VF guidelines.
- Maintain the Inspection data and analyze the defect rate to focus on quality and client’s demand.
- Preform Final Random Inspection based on the PO and maintain the AQL according to the customer requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Fluent in English, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Communication and interpersonal skill, Typing Skill – Bengali and English
