PharOS is seeking for a QA Officer within the QA department as follows:
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepares the Batch Manufacturing Record and forward to manufacturing for execution as per planned schedule.
- Prepares the Batch Packaging Record and forward to packaging for execution as per planned schedule.
- Prepares the Batch Testing Worksheet and forward to the QC Laboratory for execution as per planned schedule.
- Includes the In-process testing results and Finished Goods results in the product parameter trending.
- Prepares the Batch record for release by the QP, including also the Certificate of Analysis as well as the Certificate for Product release.
- Assists with providing the batch certification to the customer and any related queries.
- Assists in maintaining the site master batch documentation system.
- Maintains Quality Archives as per local procedures and EU GMP Guideline.
- Documents any training received as per procedure.
- Ensures GMP compliance as per local procedures and EU GMP guideline – Eudralex vol 4: Good Manufacturing Practices.
Experience & Qualification
- Diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- At least two (2) years in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work in a methodical and organized manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle simultaneously occurring tasks.
- Excellent English oral communication and writing skills
