We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Operations Officer to join our QA team.
The role is based in Sintra, reporting to our Quality Assurance Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for the compliance of the processes in place at the Factory Plant on the day-to-day activities.
Your key responsibilities Management of Training Management System and, provide GMP and GDP and internal standards training.
Product Quality Review (Prepare internal report and Application of statistical process Control tools for continuous monitoring of process trends).
Revision of master batch records and support Batch release.
Operational Factory routine tasks (Sampling for cleaning verification/ validation, review Internal procedures, review filled logbooks, periodically review of environment conditions of GMP and GDP areas) Initiate, prepare, write, review and follow up to approval quality documentation reports, standard procedures and other quality documents in compliance with Good Documentation Practices Conduct internal audits to GMP and GDP areas and periodically following-up CAPA plan Act as a catalyst for Data Integrity, continuous improvement and promote the importance of high Quality and Integrity standards.
Support determination of Risk Assessment and/or Risk review.
Partner with operational departments to provide Quality Assurance support, propose process improvements, and ensure compliance with applicable GMP and GDP standards.
Review and assess deviations to ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements and internal quality standards.
Supporting Responsible Person for Distribution in GDP activities.
We are looking for University Degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, engineering or similar 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role in the Oral Dosage forms pharmaceutical industry Knowledge of GxP standards Goof Knowledge of English both in oral and written conversation.
French is a plus.
Mastery of common computer tools Ms- Office Mastery of statistical process control tools Good communication, organizational skills, proactive and looks for active (on the field) role.
Capacity to work independently and effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
