Shift Pattern:

Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday 06.00 – 17.30

Week 2 – Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 06.00 – 17.30

Salary: £13.68 Per Hour

What are we looking for?

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The following is a list of core responsibilities that the job holder can be expected to undertake.

Work with other members of the quality team to ensure that planned checks and tests are conducted in line with customer requirements.

Conduct periodic audits of the operational areas ensuring all procedures are being adhered to.

Monitor and report any non-conformances of customer and company standards (ie product quality, packaging, food safety, hygiene, documentation, traceability).

Conduct ‘egg break outs’ to monitor the quality of egg being supplied by farms and report any non-conformances.

Ensure that all relevant documentation and databases are updated and maintained.

Assist Management in support of third-party audits such as BRC, customer audits etc.

Assist with the training of new Quality Control Operatives as and when required.

Any other tasks outlined by the Manager to support the operation and business needs
