Orange Business, a French leader group in Secure Data Travel activities offers you the opportunity to join its Healthcare branch: Enovalife. We are looking for a QA Pack & Med Dev Consultant to strengthen our Quality Assurance team in a pharmaceutical production environment. This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced QA professional to work closely with production teams and ensuring compliance.
This is a fairly standard QA manufacturing position; it involves a QA who will work on the production floor, so:
Will work with production to support commercial production activities.
Approve production procedures.
Approve deviations on production batches, participate in certain projects as QA (approve qualification/validation documents if new equipment is purchased).
Constraints of this role: the offices are in production, so it involves wearing safety shoes, a hairnet, a white coat, no jewelry, no makeup, no eating/drinking, etc.
Issues that may arise: we realize during batch release that it has not been well documented. Examples of other deviations; there are also equipment failures, breakdowns that appear, a label is missing on the installed material, etc.
Team info – size: about ten people in the team; a pool of 4 QA assistants who do batch review and there are about 7 officers (like the profile we are looking for).

Minimum 4 years of experience on the ground in a pharmaceutical production environment (for example, two years in production and two years in QA, it’s okay if it’s not 4 years in production).

Experience in pharma is a must.
Possession of a master’s degree with a scientific orientation.
Knowledge of QA Packaging (blistering, potting, syringe assembly in combination products) is an asset and can make a difference.
Someone who has already done production QA (who has already been on the ground and knows the different issues that can arise in production).
Fluent in French and English.
Dynamic (the pace in production is quite important – many activities).
