Quality Assurance Process Technician Jobs in Grand Prairie, Texas, USA at PPG Industries (UK) Limited
As the Quality Assurance Process Technician, you will evaluate, test, and validate IT systems, services, and software. This is an onsite role at our Grand Prairie, TX facility. You will report to the Senior Manager of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Assess service levels and product performance to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Document issues and findings and track the status in designated systems.
Develop solutions to resolve problems and make recommendations for improvements to processes, configurations, and products.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.
Support audits as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
2+ years of experience.
US Person.
