MM Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Quality Assurance (QA) & Product Development Officer to join our team. This role is central to maintaining our rigorous quality standards and driving innovation in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- System Oversight: Implement and manage Quality Assurance protocols to ensure all products meet international and domestic safety and durability standards.
- Product Innovation: Lead laboratory-scale trials for new product development, focusing on material efficiency and circular economy initiatives.
- Material Analysis: Perform chemical and physical testing on raw resins (including PET) and finished packaging products.
- Compliance & Auditing: Maintain detailed documentation of quality benchmarks, ensuring all production batches align with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Technical Problem Solving: Identify root causes for any quality deviations and provide data-driven solutions to the production department.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a professional with a strong chemical background and a commitment to excellence.
Academic & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: BSc in Chemistry or an equivalent degree.
- OR Intermediate Level: Diploma / I.Sc / 10+2 in Chemistry or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in industrial QA or laboratory environments.
Competencies:
- Advanced understanding of chemical analysis and testing equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on precision and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
