Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end QA programs and testing initiatives across multiple projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and leadership.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery execution.
- Provide regular status updates, progress reports, defect metrics, and executive-level communications.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate timelines, scope, priorities, and resource constraints.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, and Production Validation activities.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, testing standards, and release governance.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers and proactively drive resolution.
- Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely closure of critical issues.
- Support Agile ceremonies, release planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills
- Strong Project Management experience with a QA/Test Management background.
- Experience managing large-scale testing programs and multiple concurrent releases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate priorities, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Strong experience in defect management, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
- Experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM/QC, or similar test management tools.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
