As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in the development process by testing software and ensuring that it meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manual & Automated Testing: Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure software quality.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies.
Bug Tracking: Identify, report, and track defects using tools like Jira.
Various Testing Types: Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
Automation Frameworks: Assist in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or Cypress.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing QA processes, tools, and best practices for more efficient testing cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software testing lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress.
Proficiency in using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
