Position:

As a QA Officer at Curaleaf Laboratories, you will strive to maintain a manufacturing and distribution service in line with current GMP and GDP guidelines, providing support across all business functions to ensure compliance. As part of the wider Quality team, you will be a key player in leading a culture of continuous Quality improvement across the business.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Following, promoting, and enforcing relevant SOPs and job aids

Maintaining the Quality Management System, with concentration on deviations, recalls, complaints, and audits

Ensuring compliance with cGMP by keeping quality technical agreements up to date

Assisting with staff training in areas of Quality and Production

Creating annual trends report and assisting with Periodic Quality Reviews (PQRs) and supplier data management

Supporting new projects to evaluate the supplier qualification need and keep systems up to date

Conducting non-conformance investigations and process improvements, ensuring root cause analysis & CAPA assigned is adequate

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have previously worked within a QA function and have current knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g. GMP), Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.

It is essential you have:

Strong IT skills

Excellent communication with the ability to change to suit audience

An ability to work autonomously within a wider team, managing own priorities, workload, and decisions

A flexible, adaptable approach to work in order to meet the needs of a dynamic company

Interest and commitment to helping others, both internal colleagues and external customers
