Position: Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist
Description
Engages cross functionally to investigate and document compliance events, ensuring timely resolution to enable program timelines.
Works with Databases and electronic systems.
Follows through with business partners to receive investigation results, actions planned, and closure of actions by requesting and reviewing objective evidence.
Collects relevant monthly and quarterly metrics.
Will be performing Documentation in Quality Systems.
Shift: M-F, 8-4:30 (hours can be flexed)
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor Degree or equivalent plus 4 + years of related work experience or equivalent combination.
Open to PhD
Strong technical writing skills
An understanding GMP principles / processes is a must have
Clear, concise and effective in written communication.
Self-starter, takes initiative and owns the task
Organized
Ability to lead a diverse team and drive results
Adept at learning and utilizing multiple electronic systems.
Proficient in MS Office Suites.
Minimum 2 years, 4+ preferred.
Previous experience in CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, Investigations, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Assurance or program management, managing program timelines
Pharmaceutical experience required.
A background in GMP with a preference towards the Quality area.
Experience in Inventory systems, Trackwise will be preferred.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
