Job Description
Observe and assess staff adherence to established quality standards.
Analyze call recordings, interactions, and other performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain calibration scores for consistent evaluation across the in-house and outsourced teams.
Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly QA reports.
Collaborate with team leaders to translate QA insights into actionable coaching plans.
Identify training needs and organize interventions to enhance skills and meet quality standards.
Curate and distribute informative materials to elevate staff knowledge and understanding.
Develop and maintain effective QA processes, ensuring adherence to established standards.
Monitor, analyze, and implement corrective and preventive actions for identified quality issue
Ensure product, service information, and bulletins are updated and readily available to support customer service and debt collection teams.
Coordinate, monitor, and provide occasional assistance to the outsourced team.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, collection service, or financial service environment (new graduates with relevant coursework may be considered).
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills in both written and verbal Thai and English.
Proficient in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) with basic formula knowledge. Experience with presentation software (e.g
Google Slides) is a plus.
Positive attitude, service-oriented mentality, and a “can-do” approach.
