Job Summary:
The QA Supervisor is responsible for leading the front-line quality control teams and ensuring the rigorous inspection of AEC (Active Electrical Cable) products. This role requires professional fluency in Chinese to bridge communication between management and local QC staff. You will oversee daily quality operations, from incoming material inspection to final product testing, ensuring all high-speed cables meet signal integrity and customer specifications.
品保課長負責領導第一線品質控制團隊，確保 AEC（主動式電纜）產品經過嚴格檢驗。此職位要求精通中文，以作為管理層與在地 QC 員工之間的溝通橋樑。您將監督每日品質運作，從進料檢驗到成品測試，確保所有高速電纜均符合信號完整性與客戶規格。
Responsibilities:
Front-line QC Management / 第一線品質管理: Supervise daily QC inspections and ensure all testing (e.g., cable processing, high-speed testing) is performed according to SOPs. / 監督每日 QC 檢驗，確保所有測試（如電纜加工、高頻測試）均按照 SOP 執行。
- Process Abnormality Handling / 製程異常處理: Lead the investigation and resolution of production line quality issues, ensuring timely closure of abnormality reports. / 主導並處理生產線品質異常，確保異常處理報告準時結案。
- Team Training & Mentoring / 團隊培訓與指導: Conduct training for QC personnel on inspection standards, sampling plans (e.g., C=0, MIL-STD-105E), and use of precision instruments. / 對 QC 人員進行檢驗標準、抽樣計畫（如 C=0）及精密儀器使用的培訓。
- Equipment & Gauges Management / 設備與量儀管理: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory and inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy. / 監督實驗室與檢驗設備的維護與校正，確保測量準確性。
- Bilingual Quality Reporting / 雙語品質匯報: Accurately translate and report quality trends, major defects, and improvement progress to Chinese-speaking management. / 將品質趨勢、重大缺陷及改善進度準確翻譯並匯報給管理層。
Qualifications:
Language / 語言: with professional fluency in Chinese (HSK 5 or equivalent). / 越南籍，具備專業的中文聽說讀寫能力 (HSK 5 或同等水平)。
- Professional Experience / 專業經驗: 5+ years of quality experience in electronics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. / 5 年以上電子品質經驗，其中至少 2 年擔任管理職務。
- Industry Background / 行業背景: Familiarity with Cable/Wire Harnessing processes. Candidates with QA experience in Smartphones, Notebooks (NB), or Wearables are also highly encouraged. / 熟悉線束加工製程。亦歡迎具備手機、筆記型電腦 (NB) 或智能穿戴裝置品質經驗者。
- Education / 教育背景: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields. / 電子、電機工程或相關技術專業本科。
Skills:
Quality Standards / 品質標準: Knowledge of IPC-A-610/620 standards and sampling plans. / 熟悉 IPC-A-610/620 標準及抽樣計畫。
- Technical Proficiency / 技術能力: Proficient in operating high-speed testing equipment (e.g., TDR) and basic office software (Excel, ERP). / 精通高頻測試設備（如 TDR）操作及基礎辦公軟體。
- Problem Solving / 解決問題: Ability to use QC 7 Tools and 8D methodology for root cause analysis. / 能運用 QC 七大手法及 8D 手法進行根本原因分析。
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with high-speed 800G cable testing or Data Center product quality control. / 具備高速 800G 電纜測試或數據中心產品品質管控經驗者佳。
- Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) or similar professional certification. / 擁有 IPC 專家認證或類似專業認證者優先。
- Experience in working within a start-up factory environment in North Vietnam. / 具備北越初創工廠環境工作經驗者優先。
