Job Summary:
The Assistant Laboratory Manager oversees the laboratory operations for AEC and high-speed data transmission products. This role is critical in supporting the development and mass production of 800G high-speed cables by managing signal integrity, reliability testing, and global project coordination. You will be responsible for laboratory resource allocation, outsourced testing management, and ensuring that all testing methodologies align with customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
Laboratory Operations & Testing / 實驗室運作與測試: Oversee laboratory testing for PC/Data/IT products, ensuring timely and accurate results for new product development and substitute material validation. / 監督 PC/Data/IT 產品的實驗室測試，確保新產品開發及替代料驗證的結果準確且準時。
- High-Speed Product Support / 高速產品支持: Lead the testing for high-speed 800G cables, including 1000 Gramsche test arrangements and signal integrity assessments. / 主導高速 800G 電纜的測試，包括 1000 Gramsche 測試安排及信號完整性評估。
- Project & Outsourced Testing Management / 專案與委外測試管理: Manage quality projects for key clients (DIT/HP/Logitech/Framework), overseeing outsourced testing budgets, manpower scheduling, and vendor methodology alignment. / 管理關鍵客戶（DIT/HP/Logitech/Framework）的品質專案，監督委外測試預算、人力排程及供應商檢驗手法對接。
- Resource Coordination / 資源協調: Coordinate human resources across different regions (e.g., S/TPE/SC) to optimize testing efficiency and support global projects. / 協調不同地區（如 S/TPE/SC）的人力資源，以優化測試效率並支持全球專案。
- Process Governance / 過程管控: Monitor laboratory workflows and ensure the timely creation and issuance of SOPs/SIPs for outsourced testing and internal laboratory procedures. / 監督實驗室工作流，確保委外測試及內部實驗室程序的 SOP/SIP 及時製作與發行。
Qualifications:
Professional Experience / 專業經驗: 5+ years of quality management or laboratory management experience in the electronics industry. / 5 年以上電子行業品質管理或實驗室管理經驗。
- Industry Background / 行業背景: Proven experience in high-speed data cable testing or compatibility laboratory management. Experience in NB, Smartphone, or Smartwatch testing labs is highly relevant. / 具備高速數據電纜測試或兼容性實驗室管理經驗。擁有筆電、手機或智慧手錶測試實驗室經驗者高度相關。
- Education / 教育背景: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Automation or Electronic Information Engineering. / 電氣與自動化、電子信息工程相關專業大專或本科畢業。
- Language / 語文條件: Professional fluency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written), capable of direct communication with global clients. / 具備專業的中英雙語聽說讀寫能力，能與全球客戶直接溝通。
Skills:
Technical Proficiency / 技術能力: Expert knowledge of high-speed cable testing (TDR, VNA, Eye Diagram) and reliability test standards. / 精通高速電纜測試（TDR、VNA、眼圖）及可靠性測試標準。
- Management & Budgeting / 管理與預算: Ability to manage laboratory budgets, outsourced service providers, and cross-regional manpower. / 具備管理實驗室預算、委外服務商及跨區域人力的能力。
- Quality Systems / 品質體系: Understanding of laboratory management standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025) and customer-specific quality requirements. / 瞭解實驗室管理標準（如 ISO/IEC 17025）及客戶特定的品質要求。
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in establishing a compatibility lab from the ground up in a start-up environment. / 具備在初創環境中從零開始建立兼容性實驗室的經驗優先。
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or equivalent professional certification. / 擁有可靠性工程師（CRE）或同等專業認證者佳。
- Direct experience with 800G or higher frequency signal integrity analysis. / 具備 800G 或更高頻率信號完整性分析的直接經驗。
