Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for a high-profile Aluminum project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of strong, hands-on QA/QC experience, preferably within the aluminum sector.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of proven QA/QC experience.
Experience on aluminum smelter is mandatory.
Candidates with experience on large EPCM, Oil & Gas, or heavy industrial projects is plus.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, and procurement teams for timely resolution of quality issues.
Interface with client representatives, third-party inspectors, and regulatory authorities as required.
Lead and participate in internal and external audits.
Maintain detailed documentation and quality records as per project requirements.
Provide training and guidance to site personnel on QA/QC procedures and standards.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards in the relevant industry.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
