We are hiring for the role of “QA and QC Manager” for our Chemical manufacturing company based at Baroda.
Location: Baroda
Designation: QA and QC Manager
Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Organic Chemistry / B.E Chemical.
Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in Chemical manufacturing company.
CTC: Upto 15 LPA based on experience & technical interview.
Role and Responsibility:
1. Releasing or rejecting all raw material, packing material and finished product.
2. Releasing or rejecting intermediates for use outside the control of the manufacturing company.
3. Establishing a system to release or reject raw materials, intermediate, packing material.
4. Reviewing completed batch production and laboratory control records of critical process step before release of finished product.
5. Making sure that critical deviations are investigated and resolved.
6. Approving all specifications and master productions instructions.
7. Approving all procedures impacting the quality of intermediate or finished product.
8. Making sure that internal audits (self- inspections) were performed.
9. Approving intermediate and APl contract manufacturing procedures and Specifications.
10. Approvingchangesthatpotentiallyimpactintermediateorfinishedproduct quality.
11. Reviewing and approving of all Standard operating procedure, validation protocol and reports.
12. Makingsurethateffectivequalityrelatedcomplaintsareinvestigatedandresolved.
13. Making sure that effective systems were used for maintaining and calibrating critical equipment.
14. Making sure that materials were appropriately tested, and the result were reported.
15. Making sure that there is stability data to support re-test or expiry dates and storage conditions of
finished and/intermediates where appropriately mentioned.
16. Performing product quality reviews.
17. Responsible for internal audit of All department.
18. Responsible for customer audit, Vendor Audit and compliance.
19. Responsible for Training given to concerned persons of all department related to Quality management
System.
20. Responsible for Analyst qualification/validation.
21. Customer compliant handling.
22. Prepare Sales report and verify the SP of product in SO.
23. Maintain all Lab instruments and responsible for service of instruments.
24. Prepare SOPs and Specifications of new products.
25. Solving technical queries of customers for marketing department.
26. Monitor delivery of samples to customers as per requisition from marketing department.
27. Responsible for calibration of lab equipment.
28. Responsible for skill improvements. by training of subordinate staff
29. Responsible for effective implementation of QMS in department.
