Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer for Landscaping company.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
1.  Graduate in any Engineering Bachelor’s Degree.
2.  Minimum 3 Years total experience in the related field
3.  Have extensive experience in all phases of construction
4.  Experienced and knowledgeable in site QAQC Works
5.  Knowledgeable in checking the project specification, IFC Drawing, BOQ as
per project requirement
6.   Knowledgeable in MS Office, Auto Cad, MS Project, Aconex Software System
7.  Self-motivated, efficient, resourceful and reliable under pressure
8.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9.  Confident and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels
Detail oriented and resourceful in the completion of tasks with ability to multi-task effectively
11.Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a team player as well as working independently to achieve objectives
12.Possess strong problem resolution skills
13.Able to join Immediately
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
1.  Accountable for the quality and quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Landscape, Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
2.  Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
3.  Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
4.  Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
5.  Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
6.  Assist employees in ensuring knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
7.  Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements
8.  Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.
9.  Develop a method statement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, and Inspection
10.Test Plan and Checklist based on project specifications.
11. Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to the Consultant.
12.Coordinate with the Consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for Inspection.
13.Arrange Handing Over submittal for all projects being handle
14.Overall, in charge for documentation of the monitoring logs and Engineering Submittal of the project assigned.
15.Prepares daily activity report, Work inspection request, material inspection request document submittals, site clarification request and work notification.
14.Ensure quality records/documents, as per contract are maintained.
15.Handles quality issues efficiently and effectively, wherever quality matters are concerned
16.Coordinate with the Suppliers and Subcontractor for Technical project requirement
17.Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required
