Join Our Quality Team as a Quality Engineer!
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our advanced sensor and encoder products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary technological environment, collaborating with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and other teams to drive quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and implement quality processes and methodologies across product development and manufacturing.
- Support R&D teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from design through testing and production release.
- Define and implement quality requirements, inspection methods, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze product and process failures and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving product quality, reliability, and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to identify risks and prevent quality issues.
- Support NPI and transfer-to-production processes.
- Manage and analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvement actions.
- Work with suppliers on quality issues, inspections, and corrective actions when required.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and reports.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- B.Sc. in Engineering – Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in a technological/manufacturing environment.
- Experience with product and process quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Hands-on approach, attention to detail, ownership, and strong execution skills.
- Good command of English.
⭐ Advantageous
- Experience in electronics / sensors / encoders / electro-mechanical products.
- Experience working with R&D and manufacturing teams.
- Knowledge of DFM / DFT methodologies.
- Experience with FMEA, SPC, 8D, CAPA and other quality tools.
