Position: (Quality Assurance / Quality Control) Executive
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
( From Industrial Background Only )
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to QMS policies and procedures
Preparation, review, documents as per SOP, updation of Document Hierarchy Fields, department applicability, Training requirements for the documents
Ensuring and maintaining an
up-to-date
and accurate Site Master File
Handling of technical documents and Outline a long-term storage strategy as per Document retention policy
Industries like Automobile manufacturing Steel production, Textile production Food processing, Construction & infrastructure
Managing Customer Needs & Services  :
Odoo
Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and efficient conversion.
Be well-versed in the company’s products and services to communicate their value to customers effectively
Qualifications
2-5 years’ of experience
Experience and working knowledge of odoo CRM systems
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
Work Schedule and Compensation:
• Remote
• Working hours :
Monday to Friday, 12.00 Â PM to 10.00 PM .
