We are currently seeking a QA/QC Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control for civil construction projects and a proven ability to maintain compliance with project specifications and international standards.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil QA/QC
Language: Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect civil work activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Prepare and maintain inspection and test reports in line with QA/QC plans.
Monitor site activities to ensure the correct execution of civil works, including concrete, rebar, formwork, excavation, backfilling, and finishing.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate with the construction team for corrective actions.
Review and verify material test certificates and laboratory test reports.
Assist in preparing QA/QC documentation, including ITPs and method statements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality issues.
Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector in civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality-related software/tools.
Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
Certification in QA/QC or relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is an advantage
