Job Summary
- Conducts activities relative to product inspections and tests.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the QA/QC area.
- Checks records of all incoming and outgoing spare parts inside the QA/QC Department.
- Inspects the parts according to the specified requirements.
- Fills-up the QA/QC Inspection report based on the result of final inspection.
- Applies suitable identification to spare parts.
- Performs the proper handling and packaging of spare parts.
- Endorses fully inspected spare parts to SPARE PARTS CONTROL.
- Abides with the COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS.
- Informs the immediate superior for any detected non-conformities and provides immediate corrective actions.
- Involves in any activities for CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT.
- Fills-up the DAILY MATERIAL REQUEST LOG for issuance of MATERIALS, TOOLS, etc.
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT
- College Graduate on Computer Engineering Courses
Skills Requirement
- Can Interpret Engineering drawings
- Knowledge on Equipment present in the production area.
- Computer literate (OFFICE Applications)
Experience Required
- With Experience in Quality Control Inspection
