JOB DUTIES:
Must be able to sleeve to300 records per hour in order to achieve goal as this is a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Insertion and inspection with 100% accuracy to create a customer ready vinyl album package
Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process or system.
Follow all safety, standard operating procedures and work instructions
Communicate effectively with direct supervision on all aspects of the job
Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the job; document all activities as required.
Document scrap and production output
Able to operate a computer or wireless device to communicate production issues and status
Willing and desire to learn other function within the company
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
Must be able to maintain good and timely attendance
Must be able to speak, read and write in English
Basic Math skills are required for this position
Work with minimum supervision in a team environment
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
Use of computers and computer software will be required

Schedule:
Must be available for day time training for 1 week. Hours of training are 7 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday.
After training this is an AFTERNOON/NIGHT SHIFT position.
Days & Hours: Monday through Thursday 3 PM to 1:30 AM* 10 Hour Shift
*3 DAY WEEKEND**
