Position Title:
Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QAQC)
Working Hours:
5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm, alternate Sat: 8.30am-12pm)
Salary Package:
Basic $3,000 – $4,500 + Bonus
Duration:
Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update production, training, and safety documents
Keep records of goods received and request Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from suppliers
Work with the QA/QC team to follow food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., FSSC, ISO, SFA)
Arrange and record retention samples, including collecting samples, organizing storage, sending to external labs, and submitting results to QA
Help ensure all products can be traced
Support efficient production with minimal waste
Assist with monthly pest control activities
Carry out daily checks on raw materials, production processes, deliveries, and ensure compliance with regulations, including HALAL
Assist in food safety audits, customer audits, and FSSC/ISO audits
Handle any other duties given by management

Diploma in Applied Science (Nutrition, Food Science) or related field
Basic food hygiene certification is an advantage
At least 1 year of relevant experience in food manufacturing
Good teamwork and communication skills
Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
Candidates available on short notice are preferred
Lunch provided
Location at Lim Chu Kang, with transport from Kranji MRT
