About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QAQC Specialist to join our team and support utility-scale solar projects. If you have a strong background in solar installations, quality control, and design review, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Oversee quality assurance and quality control for utility-scale solar projects
Review and interpret installation designs, drawing sets, and technical manuals
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and improve installation processes
Utilize computer software for documentation, reporting, and communication-be prepared to discuss the software you use in your current role
Support project transitions across multiple states, with projects lasting approximately two years per site before relocation
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in solar, primarily utility-scale
Strong understanding of solar installation processes, design sets, and technical manuals
Proficiency in QAQC procedures and compliance standards
Computer savvy-able to work with relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office)
Ability to travel to various project sites as needed
