Job Brief:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Supervisor to oversee the Quality Control (QC) department in a leading Flexible Packaging company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with BRC certification standards, conducting quality inspections, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high product standards. Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the Quality Control (QC) department, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Implement and maintain BRC certification procedures, ensuring all processes align with required standards.

Conduct quality checks, inspections, and audits at various production stages to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.

Develop, update, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Assurance (QA) protocols.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.

Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless quality control practices.

Train and guide the QC team on best practices, testing procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure adherence to ISO, HACCP, GMP, and customer audit requirements.

Prepare and analyze quality reports, ensuring management is updated on quality trends and improvement plans.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the Flexible Packaging Industry (mandatory).

In-depth knowledge of BRC certification procedures (mandatory).

Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, printing, and lamination processes.

Hands-on experience with QC tools, testing equipment, and analytical techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional departments.

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the flexible packaging industry.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree.
