Pride Staff is working with an innovative global pharmaceutical manufacturer to hire a QA/QC Supervisor. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Supervisor to join our team in Fairfield, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions within our pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining the highest standards of product quality.

Position Summary:
Assures that our facility and our employees are compliant with FDA Regs 21
CFR 111- cGMP’s for the manufacturing, packaging, and holding of dietary supplements. Product specifications in the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR)/ Batch Production Record (BPR) are met through in process monitoring starting from pre-weigh to finished product. Also verifying appropriate steps and procedures during the blending, packaging, testing, review processes.

What you have:
EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE:
College education in Food Science/Nutrition or Chemistry; or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
