What You’ll Do :
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Qualify and assess incoming leads before assigning them to agents
• Monitor and evaluate call quality and client interactions
• Follow up with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Identify service gaps and recommend process improvements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Collaborate with Sales and Call Centre teams to optimize lead conversion

What We’re Looking For :
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Experience in real estate, customer service, sales, or a call centre
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and client satisfaction
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Open to Male & Female candidates
