The Clinical Imaging Research Centre (CIRC), part of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS Medicine), is seeking a Research Assistant (Quality Assurance) to support GMP quality systems and the production of investigational radiopharmaceuticals within our state-of-the-art PET radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do
✔ Support quality management systems, including document control and eQMS administration (Bizzmine)
✔ Maintain quality registers and support operational management system activities
✔ Review and support batch manufacturing records and QA operations
✔ Coordinate GMP training activities and maintain training records
✔ Support supplier qualification and material documentation management
✔ Assist during audits, inspections, and regulatory activities
✔ Participate in quality improvement projects and digital quality initiatives
✔ Train towards supporting the release of investigational radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with PIC/S GMP requirements
We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's degree (Honours) or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
✅ Experience in QA, QC, or QMS within a regulated GMP environment is highly desirable
✅ Knowledge of PIC/S GMP principles and good documentation practices (GDP)
✅ Strong organisational, coordination, and project management skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
✅ Comfortable working with digital quality systems (eQMS experience is advantageous)
✅ Previous experience in a PET radiochemistry or radiopharmaceutical facility is a strong advantage
✅ Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and support radiopharmaceutical manufacturing activities
