Key Accountabilities
Develop maintain effective systems to achieve Factory and Company quality objectives.
Maintain orderly records to demonstrate compliance with approved specifications and 3rd party auditors
Develop and communicate effective quality performance metrics throughout the organization.
Direct and lead Quality Assurance associates to effectively perform required sampling, testing, and reporting of quality data.
Identifies adverse quality trends as evidenced by statistical analysis and assists process engineering and/or manufacturing personnel in the development of corrective actions.
Investigate, evaluate, and report returned product from customers.
Perform related duties as directed by Supervisor.
Recommend/follow up preventive actions to ensure reduction of nonconformity
Register all changes on the controlled documents resulting from preventive and corrective actions.
Conduct internal audits on activities/ processes according to (SPS) {implemented QHSE management system} & ISO 9001& ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 & IATF 16949 (the frequently as per internal audit plan)
Prepare/review audit records (check lists/ NCRs)
Review the Internal & External audit reports
Follow up the corrective action taken of internal audits and measure the action effectiveness
Follow up the corrective action taken of External audits and measure the action effectiveness
Follow up the corrective action taken of Customer complaints& customer satisfaction and measure the action effectiveness
Monitor and analyze and measure effectiveness of corrective action taken in internal audits / External audits / customer satisfaction /Customer complaints and products NCRs
Follow up on departments for closing the external audit findings (customers & certification bodies)
Monitor and analyze the KPIs with departmental managers
Responsible for training / awareness sessions for employees on policies and procedures such as QHSE Management system& ISO 9001& ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 & IATF 16949 &ISO 17025& QA
Conduct unplanned audits & investigation activities according to Quality assurance manager directions
Supervise the fulfillment of customer documentation requirements due dates
Managerial and technical support to Quality Assurance Engineers
Any other tasks which related to work and are asked by Quality Assurance Manager
Issue Monthly/semi-annually/annually reports about Internal Audits results/External audits/customer complaints/customer visits/customer satisfaction/product Approvals /Orders document
Qualification & Education:
Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering / science + Diploma in quality Assurance and statistical quality control
Years of Experience: 7-10 years of which 3 years were in a management role in the same or similar position.
Language: Arabic & English
Computer skills: Microsoft office
Technical competencies:
QHSE Management system (quality; environment; health and safety management system)
Lead auditor ISO 9001-2015,
Lead auditor ISO 14001-2015,
Lead auditor, ISO 45001
Internal auditor ISO 17025,
Black belt six sigma
