We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Site Engineer to ensure the quality and compliance of MEP installations on site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections, and coordinating with project teams to maintain the highest standards of execution.
Key Responsibilities Areas :
Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures for MEP works at project sites.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
Review and verify material approvals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
Monitor compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants for quality-related matters.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including checklists, NCRs, and reports.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues.
Participate in project meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirement Areas :
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP quality assurance and control in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, electrical) and relevant codes.
Familiarity with ISO standards, quality documentation, and auditing processes.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with QA/QC software or platforms is a plus.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook at intermediate level
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be advantage
Good written and oral English
