General Definition of Work:
The Quality Assurance under limited supervision, manages the quality improvement Performs Performs evaluation of administrative systems with respect to quality, efficiency, and labor performance compared to practical goals. Develops makes recommendations relative to the agencies’ organization, policies, programs, methods, and procedures.
Examples of Duties
Essential Functions/*Typical Tasks:*
Provides Quality Assurance, Quality Assistance and Quality Improvement
Adopts sustainable workflow improvements yielding stronger outcomes, increased efficiencies, and greater access for clients.
Ensures Quality assurance data reflects identified need,
Oversees the development and retrieval of data sets, developing usable data for management to utilize for deployment of QI and QA projects.
Develop and oversee data-driven performance management dashboards .
Coordinates and participates in external and internal reviews of case records, acting as a point of contact or designates a point of contact to lead reviews.
Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations by monitoring changes and adjusting procedures as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Thorough knowledge of federal and state laws, policies and procedures, program rules, directives, professional ethics and quality assurance standards; Working knowledge of office equipment, audiovisual equipment, and computers and applicable software applications. Ability to write policies, practices and procedures; to work with multidisciplinary teams;
Minimum Education / Experience requirements
Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in a human services field or related curriculum and 2 years of directly related experience, two of which were in a supervisory capacity; or

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
