Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Training and Quality Assurance Specialist to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation of quality assurance programs and ensure the reliability and performance of automated applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop training materials including videos, Confluence pages, and job aids for updates to policies, procedures, and tools.
Facilitate COPs (Communities of Practice) sessions, record training content, and support training ticket inquiries.
Assist in drafting emails, scheduling training sessions, and updating QE (Quality Engineering) onboarding courses.
Collaborate with the team to review documentation and participate in POCs (Proofs of Concept) for emerging technologies.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
Training experience, preferably within the QA industry.
Strong documentation skills and proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Familiarity with JIRA-Xray is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
