How this job will fit your life:
Hours – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Days – Monday through Friday (No Weekends!!)
Pay – TBD
What you can expect each day:
Conduct thorough checks on products to see if they meet company guidelines and safety standards.
Reject unacceptable products and initiate corrective action.
Monitor manufacturing operations and ensuring they run smoothly
Document inspection findings and completing detailed reports and performance records
Identify cost reduction and continuous improvement opportunities as they relate to the function
Participate in corrective and preventive actions

What the position requires:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong analytic and data collection skills
Capable of developing and implementing quality methods and procedures
Ability to read drawings, specifications, quality plans
Capable of meeting assigned deadlines
Strong problem management skills
Highly skilled in MS Office applications, e. g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Access
Knowledge of Minitab for statistical analysis
Capable of preparing and presenting reports to management and customers
Able to develop and deliver training on quality processes and procedures
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED Preferred
3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing setting
