Quality Assurance Specialist (GDP) – Poland
Contract – 12 months
I am currently partnering with a global life sciences organisation to support the hire of a Quality Assurance Specialist focused on GDP activities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established environment supporting critical QA operations.
About the role
This position will play a key role in supporting GDP quality activities on-site, working within an established Quality Management System and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Support a range of QA GDP activities across the site
- Contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits and CAPAs
- Partner with Responsible Persons (RPs) to support compliance and regulatory readiness
- Provide broader support across GDP and QA operations as required
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and processes
Requirements
- BSc (or higher) in a life sciences or related discipline
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within life sciences, with exposure to GDP
- Strong understanding of GxP environments (broader QA experience is advantageous)
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Able to work on-site and operate effectively in a regulated environment
