Principal Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Conducts physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and calibration of equipment.
- Monitors quality compliance of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Prepares quality reports and recommends corrective and preventive actions.
- Supports internal and external audits related to quality and food safety.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Food Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Familiar with physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and equipment calibration.
